We carry out ad hoc legal due diligence and legal and financial due diligence in cooperation with financial experts. By separate agreement we can carry out a deeper audit of the operations of a company in order to identify more complicated fraud cases, thefts, hidden conflicts of interest in the management of the company, etc.
