Our experienced team members assist you at all stages of the transaction, starting from the structuring of the transaction up to the preparation of transaction documents, negotiations with the other party to the transaction and the financiers and, where necessary, a thorough legal and tax due diligence. We also provide data management services, etc.

The law firm carries out ad hoc due diligence in order to offer the shareholders of the company the feeling of security that the actions of the management are in accordance with the law and in the best interests of the company. We carry out ad hoc legal due diligence and legal and financial due diligence in cooperation with financial experts. By separate agreement we can carry out a deeper audit of the operations of a company in order to identify more complicated fraud cases, thefts, hidden conflicts of interest in the management of the company, etc.
