Aleksander assists advocates in civil and administrative law matters, focusing mainly on contractual, company and labour law. Before joining LEVIN he had practiced at the Legal Information and Judicial Training Department of the Supreme Court of Estonia and as a teaching assistant of labour law professor at the University of Tartu. In the XXIII Estonian Moot Court competition his team achieved second place.
Aleksander is currently obtaining his Master’s degree at the University of Tartu.
Under subsection 3 of § 40 of the Bar Association Act, a paralegal cannot provide a legal service on their own. A paralegal assists an attorney.
