Tax and customs law
Our firm has extensive experience in tax and customs law.
We advise clients in all related matters. We have developed various tax-saving and innovative solutions for our clients. Depending on the case, these have concerned solely Estonian law or a detail thereof. We have also developed various cross-border solutions.
We advise clients preventively in order to circumvent possible problems and find a tax-efficient solution. We also advise clients in the event of problems, i.e. upon tax audits, tax disputes and criminal cases concerning taxation.
We have helped clients restructure their businesses, sell shareholdings, attract funds, devise option programs, plan the tax burden of investment properties and resolve buyer-seller cases (input VAT), and in matters concerning management services and the remuneration of a board member (e.g. the use of one-man private limited companies as service providers).
