Law firm LEVIN advised the seller Triple Net Capital in the sale of the historic Luther Quarter, who sold the 15 properties included in the development plot to Arco Vara AS.
The Luther Quarter is a former plywood and furniture factory in the center of Tallinn, between Pärnu road, Tatari, Vana-Lõuna and Vineeri Streets, which will be developed into a modern urban environment. The law firm advised the transaction throughout the preparation, negotiation and closing of the transaction.
