Ilo-Hanna Keres

Ilo has had extensive experience in advising clients since 2005. Currently, her focus is on settling court disputes and the day-to-day advising of corporate clients in all the main fields of private law.

At the beginning of her career, Ilo worked as a legal advisor in a municipality, attending primarily to administrative and private law matters and therefore has a good understanding of legal issues faced by local authorities. Ilo has represented municipalities, banks and businesses in hundreds of court cases.

She has considerable experience in insolvency proceedings, i.e. bankruptcy and enforcement proceedings and in the judicial recovery of debts. Owing to her banking experience, Ilo has a good understanding of banking law, complex financing structures and real property law.

Ilo is also specialised in arbitration proceedings and has educated herself in courses provided by the New York Arbitration and Mediation Institute. Ilo has also attended training in US law in New York and in EU law in Florence.
