Olga has extensive experience in representing clients in the field of private law. Prior to joining law firm Glikman Alvin Olga worked 9 years in the banking sector and in two other law firms.
Olga has been representing clients in courts in disputes between companies, in matters related to insolvency and reorganization proceedings, as well as counseling clients in various issues of contractual law. Olga has helped clients apply for payment institution license from FSA and in the proceedings of liquidation of leasing enterprise.
During her employment in banking sector, Olga advised management and employees of the bank in the matters of structuring complex financial transactions and has worked out internal procedures to ensure the compliance with national laws and EU regulations.
Olga counsels clients in Estonian, English and Russian languages.
