Kristen Alvin specializes mainly in the field of corporate law and transactions. Having participated in the preparation of many national and cross-border transactions, Kristen has the experience to foresee different circumstances that might have a significant effect on the transactions. His first priority is completing the transactions and finding efficient ways of doing so.
