Andri
Rohtla is an advocate who specializes in dispute resolution, mainly related to
criminal and misdemeanor matters. Andri has been the defendant’s counsel in
major white-collar cases, represented victims in criminal proceedings as well
as clients in misdemeanor proceedings. He has advised clients in various civil
matters as well as matters related to finance. Andri has experience in
international disputes and in arbitration. As a result of solving civil matters
of various difficulty, Andri can spot the tiniest of details in criminal
proceedings.
In 2018, Andri, along with his team, won the Estonian Moot Court competition. Furthermore, Andri participated in University of Salzburg’s Summer School in European Private Law, gaining valuable knowledge about different European legal systems.
